Title: Spirit Animals Against the Tide
    Author: Tui T. Sutherland
    Number of Pages:192
    Genre: Fantasy
Main Characters: Conor, Abeke, Meilin, and Rollan
    Setting: The Hundred Isles
    Summary:
Adventurous, action-packed, and amazing are the three words that best describe Spirit Animals Against the Tide. Those words best describe the book because they are all factors in the book to make the book better. Spirit Animals Against the Tide is a fun and addicting book to read. It really has the details that makes you want to read more!
The book is about Conor, Abeke, Meilin, and Rollan traveling across the world in order to find a set of powerful talismans. One of the funny parts was when Conor got attacked by a seagull. The downfall was that Conors face was all bloody. Also at the end when the pursuers and conquerors surrounded an island where Conor, Abeke, Meilin, and Rollan were on Abeke shot and arrow hoping to kill the conquerors leader, Zerif but he was wearing a iron boar necklace that made invisible armor that protected him. As they continued through their quest they keep running into pursuers that always know where they are and the group figures out why. One of them is telling the conquerors and pursuers information about the group! But who? I hope you now want to read one of the Spirit Animal books!
    Review:
How did you like the book, and why? I liked the book because it had
a lot of dialogue and it was adventurous. I like books that are adventurous and have a lot of dialogue because it gives the book tons of details.
What was your favorite part? My favorite part was in the beginning when the sharks were attacking the whales and Conor, Meilin, Rollan, and Abeke were trying to help the whales. It was very, very hard for them to help the whales since it was in water. They also had to kill the sharks one by one.
What did you like the most/the least about this book? The thing I liked the most about the book was that there was action and interesting stuff always happening.
Who would you recommend it to, and why? I would recommend Spirit Animals Against the Tide to Aidan and Alex because they are reading the Spirit Animal books too. I bet they would love this book as much as they love their Spirit Animal book. I also think since Aidan and Alex would love the game that goes along with the series. An example that shows that there's a cool game is: “UNLOCK THE GAME.” (Back Cover).

Title: The Weapon Of A Jedi
    Author: Jason Fry
    Pages: 184
    Genre: science fiction
Characters: Luke, C3PO, R2D2, Sarco, Jessica, Opato, Farnay
    Setting: Outerspace

Summary:1-20 A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away… We start at a rebel base. A girl is staring at a X wing fighter. She is doing operations check, but she wants to fly on her X-wing Then two droids walk by. “You there, need you to hold up for operations check.” One has a gold finish, the other a little trash can like droid. She sits down to the little one and begins to fiddle with the droids systems.
“May I be of and help,” said the golden droid.
“I don't think so, but thanks any ways” she replied.
“My name is C3PO, and yours is…”
    “Jessica.”
“Nice to meet you,” the two start talking, when Jessica realized that C3PO was a companion of Luke Skywalker. Well, he kind of blurted it out. She then asked about the Death Star mission. C3PO begins, ”It all started over the planet Giji, with the mission for the Red Squadron…”

All quotes from 28-40. Luke automatically new that the tie fighter was there. He knew he must turn and head back to the base. He returned, only to realize that he had to use one of the worst ship, an Y-wing. “ Luke scowled.” But to top it all off, the Empire was inspecting the base for rebels. Luke hid his light saber and got out his ID card out. The storm troopers began to flood in. He started to look suspicious.
“Hey, you there halt!” Said a general.“ your identification please.” Luke handed him the identification. “Your purpose here?”
“Hyperspace scout, just like it says on there,” he said in a strange accent. “We are refueling here before we go to the western reaches,” he said. The general handed back his ID card.
“Carry on,” the general said. Luke walk away slowly, not to cause suspicion.

40-184. Luke, C3PO, and R2 D2 were in the Y-wing, when 6 tie fighters came out of the no were. Luke began to attack. “Hang on,” he said. He began to shoot them down, when he was hit. He quickly shot the last one, and then began to land on the nearest planet, Devaron. He began to scan the ground when he saw a tower. It was old and battered up. He felt drawn to it. Then he saw a village and landed. The people in the village said that the tower was haunted. He got a room in a hotel and spent the night. the next morning he found a man to fix his ship, he was a man named Opato. Then he met his daughter, Farnay. The next day, Luke got up and met a Alien named Sarco, he Knew he must not trust him. But he was not afraid to go to the towers. Farnay told him,
“Don't go with him, people who go with him do not come back!” But he did not listen.
“Do not listen to her,” said the Alien. Luke followed him into the woods. He did not find a way to get to the towers. There were force fields connected to the empire. Then, over near a pool, there was a hole leading into the direction of the tower. He traveled to the tower. It was a Jedi temple. Then out of nowhere, the Empire came! Then he and Sarco beat them all up. Farnay came and helped them, so then they all got back to the base. And that was that.

Review: I thought it was a good book. The recommendation is to any star wars lover. The book was very strange at the sand but I liked it. The story line was a little hard to follow, but if you reread it a lot it is easy to understand. I think that the book was very short like a quick read. It kind of gave some things away about the force awakens. It also warns you on the cover of the book about that. It was a good book, but hard to follow.

He figured out that his room is hunted by a ghost. The ghost name was “the hoove” and he ends up helping him through the year. The ghost is there because he died in a car crash a long time ago and he lived in the same house as billy just moved into. Rod is the mean kid in the story and he took something of Billy's and at the end of the book Billy got it back.

I loved this book it is one of the best books i read in my life. I loved it because the kid Billy was getting bullied and at the end he gets revenge. My favorite part was at the end when Billy gets revenge on his bully. I did not like the beginning of the book when he gets a new house because the book did not even tell why they had to move. A Wrinkle In Time
    By: Madison Scott

Book Title: A Wrinkle in Time
    Author: Madeleine L'engle's
    Number of Pages:392
    Genre:Fantasy
    Main Characters:charles walas, meg, Calvin/cal
    Setting:
    Summary-
The theme of they story is a group of three children traveling through time to save Mr. Murray (the father to meg, and charles). For example, “ they travel via tesseract-a wrinkle that transports one across space and time-”-back cover, I chose this quote because . seems like a good place in the book where it explains that the Tesseract is something that helps them travel through time. “And sweep Megan Murray, her brother Charles Wallace, and their friend Calvin O’Keef away on extraordinary mission to save Mr. Mary, was gone missing while doing top-secret work.” Back cover, I chose this quote because it shows that these three kids are out on a journey trying to find Mr.Murray by time traveling.

    Review-
I really liked the book because it was a graphic novel and you can imagine this happening in your imagination. My favorite part in the book was when they found the father after so long. What I liked the most about this book was that it wasn't like any other book that I read because the characters weren't doing one thing at a time. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes magic or time travel because this whole book is about a magical journey with time travel.

  7. Name:Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone
    Pages:309
    Recommendation for grades: 3-8
    Main Character: Harry Potter
Fun question: What was the first book in the Harry Potter series?
    Answer in the replies!
Review: I love this book and it is the best ever! I am going to finish the whole series!

    Summary
This book is about this kid who got a scare on his forehead and has gotten magical powers and was going to hogwarts. But let's start from the beginning when he started as just a little boy and he had a family but sadly they died and he was all alone. Then some “people” found him so what happened was that they sent him to a home and a couple years later the family was super mean and they didn't treat hem well. Then they went to a zoo and long story short the kid that was there before went into a place with a snake. And that was just the movie.

In the book there's many things to explore and see like wearing an invisible cloak that people can't see you if you're under it.
A lot of people love this movie so they read the books and my favorite one is this one because it has scary, happy, and sad moments in it. That's why I like it some things are so surprising and some are not but it is still a great book. There also is a nice activity in hogwarts and counting on how many points you have you win so if Harry and Neville got 50 points and they were at the top and you lose some because of bad stuff that you did then you may get less points and maybe lose the position you are in. Kind of like in soccer, baseball, football, and a lot of other sports do the same where you have to get the most points to win.
